- The demo request form: your name, organisation, work email address and anything you choose to tell us about your network. We use these only to reply to you and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation.
- Emails you send us at [email protected] or [email protected].
- Standard web server logs kept by our website host, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to keep the site secure and working.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not set cookies of its own.
Who sees it
Enquiries are received by BurstSight by email. We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing. Our website host and email provider process it on our behalf to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business records, and delete them on request unless we are required to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or make a complaint about how we have handled it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
